What's Happening with Holton Home

On March 24, 2023 GPEL signed a three-year master lease agreement with M&S Development, a local real estate developer and property manager, to manage its Holton Home property at 158 Western Avenue.  M&S Development is in turn sub-leasing the building to the Brattleboro Retreat to provide 35 rooms for travel nurses who need local housing for a minimum of three months. 

While the arrangement will enable the Retreat to increase staffing and thereby increase the number of inpatient beds that its programming can support, it will also hopefully help the community by freeing up local apartment for long-term rental
