Bradley House is located near downtown Brattleboro, Vermont, in a lovely quiet neighborhood near the Connecticut River. This home has historic character with the latest upgrades to safety and security, and each room has a private bath, individual thermostats, and storage. Our goal is a genuine home atmosphere in a community that is the residents' home first.

Bradley House

35 private rooms, including seven 1-bedroom suites with both a living and bedroom. Each room has a private bath with walk-in shower and plenty of closet space.


The common spaces and dining room are light-filled and full of character.

Gardens and outdoor gathering places in the shade are well-loved features

From single room studios to “penthouse suites” with a large living room and spacious bedroom, there’s a space to suit every need. All basic furniture is provided, yet residents furnish their own room with familiar favorites, and are encouraged to make their room their own in every way.  

Every room has what you need for independence, privacy, and comfort.

  • A private, accessible bath featuring a step-in shower with a fold down, padded seat

  • Lots of storage including a large closet and built in shelving in your room and bathroom

  • Your own thermostat for heat just the way you like it

  • A wireless call and intercom system

  • Some rooms have views of the Connecticut River, Mount Wantastiquet, and the surrounding countryside.
